OUR MISSION

360 Detroit, Inc. strives to revitalize Detroit by catalyzing change, empowering people and improving life’s quality.

OUR PURPOSE

The purpose of 360 Detroit, Inc. is to provide services that empower and improve the quality of life for individuals and families. The organization is dedicated to assisting people in becoming self-sufficient, anchored, stabilized and well-rounded members of society.

OUR HISTORY

360 Detroit, Inc. began with an idea that the community needs to look and be better. We began with boarding up vacant properties and cutting grass in the Virginia Park Community. This community, which is located in District 5 in the city of Detroit, was established over 120 years ago and was once an upper middle class enclave. In the past 50 years, the area, like many others in the city of Detroit, has slowly fallen into decline and disrepair.  While some areas of the community are still well-tended and vibrant, other areas are dotted with long-abandoned homes, overgrown vacant lots and trash.

360 Detroit, Inc. began to engage and organize the residents with clean-ups and social gatherings. Block Party.  360 Detroit, Inc. has worked diligently to be a “Conduit For Change”. We have grown at an accelerated pace. Creating an environment for revitalization and hope.
